• Is laundry really free?

  Yes! We have a laundry room that our tenants use free of charge including detergent, dryer sheets, etc.

• What size suites do you offer?

  The Boutique Flats Cumming location offers 130 square foot suites custom built for spacious 1 chair setup or an economical two station set up.

• How much does it cost to lease a suite?

  Please fill out the request info form or call 770-464-6156 to schedule a tour and get more details on pricing. Our suites come in a number of different sizes so pricing varies.

• Are the suites lockable?

  Yes! Every stylist has a personalized key code to access their suite.

• What are your hours of operation?

  Boutique Flats is open 24/7! Our stylists manage and operate their businesses on their own time and can bring in clients at their own choosing.

• What requirements do you have for new tenants?

  All stylists are required to have proper the licensing and an established clientele base to support their business.

• What is security like?

  We have 24/7 security monitoring for the space and onsite supervision during most business hours. Each suite is lockable with an additional suite door code personalized to each individual stylist.
